They probably wrote it off or Norco Mazda ended up finally paying the bill, hopefully the latter since they were responsible to pay it. Hertz could have just called and left a message since they had my number.</p><p>I had a similar incident where I ended up shorting Princess Cruises a few hundred. As soon as I realized I had shorted them I wrote an email, and a letter.
